I was unable to come to office due to my illness.  So I was at the home and there my friend gave me some topics to search about them. Because those are given by our supervisor to refer and gain knowledge.

My friends have been asked to learn many online accounting package systems and get an idea about them. After getting an idea about them, they had to search for pros and cons of those systems and list out the goods and bad of those systems for making our system more reliable and effective than other available systems.

Some of those accounting package systems are

These software are given to me by my friend and I studied about those at home. Actually these systems are very helpful to increase my knowledge regarding how does a accounting system works. After learning about those software, we gather all the information that are collected by all of us and then discuss about how it would be our accounting system which is been under development to be more efficient and effective.

The discussion was held on 21st September 2015. From the discussion, we discussed about

1. How it would be interfaces looks like?
2. How we place functionalities?
3. How many maximum steps would be needed to generate a result from transaction to be more user friendly?
4. What colors should be in the interfaces?
5. What are the most important functionalities of an accounting system?
6. What are the basic functionalities that would be in an accounting package?
7. What will be the developments that can be done further more after developing the accounting package?
8.  How much of ease would be there for releasing the system to web?
9. What are the concern-able facts that would be highly affected for releasing the system to web?
10.  How we make the system more efficient and effective and user friendly than available systems?
